It is difficult to function at your highest capacity when significant stress is weighing you down. I work with clients to identify stressors and then explore tangible strategies that they can use to cope more effectively with stress.

The way you view yourself can either positively or negatively impact your mental health. Working to improve your self-esteem and the way you think about yourself in relation to others is a great place to start if you want to improve your overall mental health.
Life Transitions
Change can be difficult to face, however, it is one aspects of life that is constant. Learning how to navigate life transitions and cope with the emotions that those transitions create is an important part of feeling like you are at your best.
Relationship Concerns
Relationships are a very important part of life. Being in healthy relationships with stable boundaries is a key component to mental health. I can offer strategies to improve relationships with others so that you can feel more fulfilled in those relationships
